Yes, I accept most major healthy insurance, except Tricare, Medicare, Kaiser. Most health insurance covers medical nutrition therapy provided by a Registered Dietitian as preventative care.

You’ll be asked to provide your insurance information during the scheduling process, and our billing team will verify your insurance coverage and copay before your first appointment.

If you don’t have health insurance or your insurance does not provide nutrition therapy coverage, or you have Tricare, Medicare or Kaier, you may opt for private pay at $150 (internet discount) per session (usual non-discounted price is $360 per session.)

Weight often stabilizes naturally when the underlying pattern is corrected, but this is not a restrictive weight-loss program. Most of my clients lose an average of 30 pounds (14kg) over 6 months.
