  • It is a way of conversation to help you feel relaxed and feel safe so your inner unconscious mind is more open to deep thought-provoking questions that unravel the underlying root causes and self-sabotaging believes, and facilitate core belief changes permanently without the traditional eye-close hypnosis.

  • Many clients feel real relief early on — binging and overeating often decrease within the first few sessions, and for the first time, food starts to feel a little less loud and overwhelming.

    But the clients who experience the most meaningful and sustainable transformation are the ones who choose to stay with the process. Committing to ongoing, consistent sessions (often around 12) gives us the space to go deeper — to uncover and heal the emotional roots behind binge eating and emotional eating, not just manage the symptoms. More sessions are needed specially if you’ve been struggling with binge eating and overeating for more than 10+ years.

    This isn’t about doing “more sessions.” It’s about giving yourself the time, safety, and support your body and nervous system need to truly trust food again — so the change lasts long after our work together ends.

  • The time it takes to see results depends on how long you’ve been struggling with the issue. Teens and young adults I work with typically experience the fastest transformations, often resolving binge eating or overeating within just a few sessions.

    However, for older adults 30s and up who have struggled with weight issues since childhood—especially if those struggles are linked to childhood adversity or trauma—the process takes longer.

    In these cases, it generally takes at least three months to see real transformation; for adults in 30s, 40s and 50s, even longer because there are more accumulated emotional trauma over the years to unpack.

    In another words, your emotional baggage gets bigger as the years pass when you don’t process the trauma and emotions.

    The sooner you start therapy, the sooner you can resolve your challenges. On the other hand, the longer you wait, the longer your transformation process will take.

  • As you prepare for our virtual sessions, we want to ensure that you have a comfortable and conducive environment for your therapy experience. Please find a private and quiet location with good lighting and a stable internet connection to minimize distractions and optimize communication. It's also important to have a comfortable chair to sit in during our sessions, as well as a sweater or blanket to stay warm if needed. Additionally, having water nearby can help you stay hydrated and comfortable throughout our time together. By creating a cozy and supportive space, you can fully engage in the therapeutic process and make the most out of our sessions. Also, have a pen and notebook ready, most of my clients take a lot of note during the session. I also email you a visit summary with all the goals and recommendations from the session. Most of all, be open and honest. Your progress and results depend on discovering the root causes of your issues.

  • In our first session together, we focus on truly understanding your unique situation—your history, your lifestyle, your emotional patterns—and uncovering the root causes behind your struggles with overeating, binge eating, stress eating, and weight issues.

    This foundation allows us to create a personalized approach that fits you, not just a cookie cutter plan.

    From there, our ongoing sessions focuses on providing the support, accountability, and guidance you need to navigate your daily challenges with making healthy choices, staying motivated, and integrating new, healthier habits into your life in a way that feels natural and sustainable for you.

  • After each session, you can expect to receive a personalized treatment plan that outlines your recommendations, suggested supplements (if needed), a customized meal plan complete with easy-to-follow recipes and a shopping list to help you get started right away.

    To keep you supported between sessions, we’ll have ongoing communication available through in-app chat, so you can ask questions, share wins, or get guidance whenever you need it.

    But most importantly is attending all follow-up sessions even if you feel like you didn’t make any progress or feel like you fail. It’s during these follow-up sessions where we discovered most of your self-sabotaging emotional habits and root causes.
